Authorize 2tagger...

Then go to 2tagger and Login. 

Flickr will ask you to authorize 2tagger to access your account, go ahead and click 'OK, I'LL ALLOW IT'.

This will allow 2Tagger to add tags and geospatial metadata to your photos.
